Still Alive!

Hello everyone! I just wanted to let you know I'm still alive and kicking. Sadly, a very busy schedule followed by some health complications had prevented me from writing more posts. Hopefully now that I'm all better I can find some time to get back to this blog.

In the meantime, you can always find me on Facebook, as it's a lot easier to post quick comments or status updates than write up a long post that deserves to be here.

Pictures: Rules and Tips

What do you see in the picture above? Do you see a pretty young woman, or a wrinkled old lady? It's a well known fact that men are visual creatures. It's also well known that profiles or ads with pictures are MUCH more successful than ones without a picture. So the pictures that we first see of you can make or break the deal. I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to go through what goes through my mind when looking at a profile, ad or e-mailed picture.

Comments and 10 Followers!

Just this evening I discovered the "Comments" tab in my blog section. It's also next to "edit posts" on the blogger home page. The reason why I bring this up is because every time I've previously looked for comments on my blog, I've clicked on the "Edit Posts" link, and tried to look for new numbers next to each post. With this new way, I can see all new comments as they come in, even if they're on an older post that I hadn't been keeping an eye on.

I do have to say I'm happy that I now have 10 followers for my blog. Every little milestone should be enjoyed and appreciated if possible. I find the whole concept of building a readership quite interesting. I'm not setting out to become some popular blogger with tons of readers, but I enjoy the thought that people read, enjoy and interact with the words I send out into the vast internet. No matter how you found me, whether it's from a comment I made on another blog, through google or blogger, or through Facebook, I hope that you find something interesting or useful here. If so, leave me a comment so I know.

And for the new readers out there, welcome to my little corner of the internet!

P.S. I do realize that I am 1 of the 10 followers, but let me sit here and enjoy the moment! :)

Craigslist

After my divorce, I went through the process of trying to meet someone else. I wasn't looking for a serious long term relationship. I just wanted to meet someone, and hopefully date them without many strings, drama, issues or expectations. Just two adults getting together to have fun. Naturally, I turned to Craigslist to see if I could find someone to meet my needs.

Clothes

As mentioned in the comments of my "setting the stage" post, clothes are an incredible tool to set the tone of your time with someone. I'm sure many women have their own personal preferences, and lucky outfits, but I figured why not give a guy's point of view?

The Client List

Wow. Apparently Jennifer Love Hewitt, will be starring in a Lifetime movie as a sex worker in a Massage Parlor. She's still after all these years, one of my celebrity crushes. H-O-T!

Hope

After my last post, I wanted to do a story about hope.

Hope: a belief  in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. Hope is a feeling that something desired may happen, when the outlook may or may not warrant it.

Happy belated Independence day! To celebrate, let's talk about condoms! Condoms are essential with almost everyone having sex. Safety from STDs and and independence from pregnancy are great reasons to use them regularly. Who knew such magic was contained in a tiny roll of latex covered in shiny foil? Any way, I figured I'd share some of the things I've read, heard or experienced with condoms.

Frequency

Morals

As with anything related to sex, or the sex industry, there are people who criticize the choices others may make. There's obviously a negative stigma related to the sex industry, the people who work in it, the people who patronize it, and of course the actual acts themselves. I figure it'd be interesting to look at and discussion some of the morality involved with it. I certainly don't have all the answers, but it never hurts to ask questions and make your own opinion.

Bleh, this weekend has been bad in terms of spending time with lovely ladies. 2 girls flaked on me, and a SUPER flake, somehow finally got back in touch with me.
